This second floor, luxurious oceanfront condo at the Kihei Surfside Resort is located on the sought after ocean side of the elevator. It has a great ocean view from the kitchen, living room, dining area and lanai. It is a one bedroom, one bath unit (504 sq ft). It has been completely remodeled, and is great in every way!

Kihei Surfside Unit 206 Kitchen View

The entire unit has porcelain flooring. All the cabinetry, which is consistent throughout the unit, was custom made and imported from Canada. It is solid maple, and all counters and vanities are topped with a beautiful, golden colored granite. All lighting in all rooms is controlled by dimmer switches.

The gourmet kitchen is great! It is fully equipped with stainless steel Professional Series appliances, including side by side fridge/freezer with water and ice, flat top stove with five burners and warming drawer, quiet dishwasher, multi function microwave oven, garbage disposer and a variety of small appliances including coffee maker, coffee grinder, four slice toaster, blender, crock pot, rice maker and hand mixer. There is also a large selection of higher end pots and pans, baking pans, spice rack and ample matching dishes, glasses and cutlery. The "corner sink design allows for maximum efficiency and working space. The island has a four foot eating ledge with two barstools.

The living room has a queen size sofa-bed with matching large comfy armchair with ottoman. There is also a large 40" SMART flat screen LCD HD TV, DVD player and a multi speed ceiling fan.

The dining area has a round rattan glass table with 4 matching tropical armchairs.

The private lanai has a bistro table with two swivel tilting bistro chairs - a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic oceanfront dinner!

The entry hall is tiled, with a built in, granite topped buffet with cabinets and a desk area.

The bedroom has a Sealy Posturpedic pillow top King size bed, multi speed ceiling fan, Hawaiian style rattan furniture, plantation shutters, oversized closet, digital security safe and a wall mounted 32" flat screen LCD TV.

The bathroom has a full size, walk in shower with a Pulse shower spa system, including rain head, hand held wand/massager and six body sprays. There is an over height vanity with granite countertop and Kohler toilet.

This condo is fully equipped with fresh linens and towels, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. All units have beach towels and a cooler. Umbrellas and snorkel gear are not supplied, but are often left behind in the units by other guests – no guarantees. The Kihei Surfside office loans out beach chairs free of charge during regular business hours - Monday to Saturday. Office is closed Sundays and Holidays.

The unit has free, wireless high speed internet and free long distance calling to the United States and Canada. It is also equipped with a state of the art Oracode door lock, whereby each guest is issued a unique code which controls the door only during their stay. No keys!

"The Fine Print"

In addition to the above rates, there is a one time reservation fee of $35 and Hawaii state tax of 17.962%. There is a $220 cleaning fee ($230 for reservations with check out dates in 2025) for one bedroom, one bath units. Subject to availability, there is no charge to change dates within 48 hours of making a reservation, but a minimum $35 fee for changes made after 48 hours.

For one bedroom one bath units, the base rate includes up to 2 guests.

For units that accomodate more than 2 guests (4 guests maximum), additional fees apply for additional guests at the rate of $15 per night for each youth (17 and under) and $25 per night for each adult (18 and over).

THIS IS A HAWAII TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS GOVERNED BY HAWAII LAW. HAWAII TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS TAXES MUST BE PAID ON THE GROSS RENTS COLLECTED BY AN OPERATOR FROM ANY PERSON RENTING HAWAII TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS. HAWAII LAW ALSO PROVIDES FURTHER REQUIREMENTS OF A TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS OPERATOR.
