Kihei Surfside Unit 214 Dining Area

The unit has free, wireless high speed internet and free long distance calling to the United States and Canada. It is also equipped with a state of the art Oracode door lock, whereby each guest is issued a unique code which controls the door only during their stay.

This end unit is conveniently located adjacent to the less used east parking lot, and is one easy flight of stairs from the parking.

The fully equipped kitchen has large windows in the kitchen through which there is a view to the east of Haleakala, or the East Maui Volcano (tallest peak 10.023 feet) which forms more than 75% of the Hawaiian Island of Maui. It is fully equipped with granite counters, natural wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances including a flat top 4 burner stove, oven and side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice/water, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposer and a variety of small appliances including coffee maker, coffee grinder, four slice toaster, blender, rice maker and hand mixer.

The living room has a sofa bed with upgraded 8" mattress. There is a LCD HD TV with HD cable box and multi speed ceiling fan.

The dining area has a table with seating for 6.

The closet has a digital security safe mounted inside. The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the building from the full ocean view is great.

Kihei Surfside Unit 214 Bedroom

The bathrooms in this unit have been beautifully remodeled. The master bath has a tub/shower and the second bath has a full size walk in shower. Both have a maple vanity with granite countertop and elongated toilet.

The guest bedroom has two twin-sized beds. With advance notice, the twins can be pushed together to form a king-sized bed. There is also a multi speed ceiling fan, Smart flat screen LCD HD TV.

The unit is fully equipped with washer/dryer, fresh linen and towels, iron/ironing board, hairdryers and beach gear that includes cooler and beach towels.

Relative to other properties in the south Kihei/Wailea district, this unit is a great value alternative for a family (maximum occupancy 6) or two couples to enjoy the spectacular oceanfront location of the Kihei Surfside.

Rates for two bedroom units are for up to 4 people. 5th & 6th persons in the unit are $25/nt per person. (maximum occupancy 6)

"The Fine Print"

In addition to the above rates, there is a one time reservation fee of $35 and Hawaii state tax of 17.962%. There is a $275 cleaning fee ($285 for reservations with check out dates in 2025) for two bedroom, two bath units. Subject to availability, there is no charge to change dates within 48 hours of making a reservation, but a minimum $35 fee for changes made after 48 hours.

For two bedroom two bath units, the base rate includes up to 4 guests.

For units that accommodate more than 4 guests (5 guests maximum in unit 414, 6 guests maximum in unit 214 and 514), additional fees apply for additional guests at the rate of $25 per night per person.

THIS IS A HAWAII TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS GOVERNED BY HAWAII LAW. HAWAII TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS TAXES MUST BE PAID ON THE GROSS RENTS COLLECTED BY AN OPERATOR FROM ANY PERSON RENTING HAWAII TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS. HAWAII LAW ALSO PROVIDES FURTHER REQUIREMENTS OF A TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS OPERATOR.
