This third floor oceanfront condo at the Kihei Surfside Resort is located at the ocean end of the building. The end units of 2 bedroom condos boast the closest proximity to the ocean in all of Kihei or Wailea.
It has a spectacular 180 degree view from the kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom and lanai. The islands of Molokini, Kahoolawe and Lanai are clearly visible. The view of the ocean and its abundant wildlife is absolutely breathtaking. It has been completely remodeled and refurnished and is spectacular in every way!
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including fridge/freezer, flat top stove, dishwasher, multi-function microwave and a variety of small appliances including coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster and blender. A large selection of pots and pans, knives, BBQ tools, ample dishes, glasses and cutlery are provided.
The living room has a queen size hide-a-bed sofa and large comfy armchair with ottoman. There is also a large flat screen TV, DVD player, multi speed ceiling fan.
The dining area has a 48" round glass table with four matching chairs and ceiling fan above. Can seat up to six people.
The large, private lanai has seating for four — a spectacular place to enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic oceanfront dinner! Turtles and whales can be seen all day.
The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the building. The surf is audible with the window open and the ocean view is breathtaking! It has a king size bed with a multi speed ceiling fan, Hawaiian style furniture, blinds and a closet complete with a digital security safe. The master bathroom has a full-size, walk-in shower and granite countertops.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be moved together to form one upon request. There also is a multi speed ceiling fan, Hawaiian style furniture, blinds and a closet.
The second bathroom also has a full size shower and granite countertops.
Convenient in-unit laundry - stacking washer and dryer located within the unit.
The unit is fully equipped with, fresh linen and towels, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, beach towels and a cooler. Umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkel gear are not supplied, but are often left behind in the units by other guests - no guarantees. The Kihei Surfside office loans out beach chairs free of charge.
This unit is an excellent choice for guests who are looking for a very high end, premium oceanfront accommodation in a spectacular location with an absolutely breathtaking and unobstructed 270 degree view of the Pacific Ocean from Keawakapu Beach to the West Maui mountains. Located between downtown Kihei and Wailea, you're only a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from local shops, restaurants and other amenities.

"The Fine Print"
In addition to the above rates, there is a one time reservation fee of $35 and Hawaii state tax of 17.962%. There is a $275 cleaning fee ($285 for reservations with check out dates in 2025) for two bedroom, two bath units. Subject to availability, there is no charge to change dates within 48 hours of making a reservation, but a minimum $35 fee for changes made after 48 hours.
This unit accommodates a maximum of 4 guests in two beds. There is not a sofa bed in the living room available for use by guests.
