This third-floor oceanfront condo at the Kihei Surfside Resort is located on the highly sought after ocean side of the elevator, and in the coveted "2 stack", which are the closest to the ocean condos in all of Kihei and Wailea, and definitely one of the best located units at the Kihei Surfside. Unit 302’s floor to ceiling ocean-facing windows and sliding door provides a million-dollar view from the kitchen, living and dining area and the lanai! It is one of the larger 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath units (680 sq ft). The view of the ocean and its abundant wildlife is absolutely breathtaking!
The unit is furnished with all new custom-made Brazilian cherrywood cabinetry and quartz countertops in the kitchen, hallway and both bathrooms. The entire unit is tiled, including the lanai.
The oversized island style kitchen is gorgeous and includes a breakfast bar! It is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, including a French-door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, flat top stove, dishwasher, multi-function microwave oven, garbage disposal and a variety of small appliances including coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster and blender.
The living area has amazing natural light and second to none views! All new furniture including a comfy couch and matching chairs, high-end island style coffee and end tables and a beautiful Koa wood multi-speed ceiling fan. The unit also features a 4K 55” flat screen TV with a Roku Box for Spectrum cable TV, which is included, and provides easy access to log into all of your video streaming apps.
The dining area has a beautiful new round glass table with 4 matching chairs.
The large, private lanai has a bar height bistro table with two matching Polywood arm chairs - a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic oceanfront dinner! Turtles can be seen year-round and whales in-season.
The entry hall has a built-in buffet/cabinet with desk area, sandal/shoe storage bench and is lined with amazingly vivid high-definition metal prints of the island and wildlife.
The bedroom has a King size bed, with a beautiful new dresser and night stands. There are new reading lamps and convenient power and USB charging stations for all of your electronics. The bedroom also features a floor to ceiling mirrored large closet, a 4K TV, plantation shutters, a multi-speed Koa wood ceiling fan, a digital security safe and more amazing art.
Both bathrooms feature new cabinetry with beautiful quartz countertops and accents. The master bathroom has a full-size, walk-in shower with a floating bench, while the matching half-bath has been finished to the same standards.
This condo is fully equipped with fresh linens and towels, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. All units have beach towels and a cooler. Umbrellas and snorkel gear are not supplied, but are often left behind in the units by other guests – no guarantees. The Kihei Surfside office loans out beach chairs free of charge during regular business hours - Monday to Saturday. Office is closed Sundays and Holidays.
The unit has free wireless high-speed internet and free long distance calling to the United States and Canada. It is also equipped with a state-of-the-art Oracode door lock, whereby each guest is issued a unique code which controls the door only during their stay. No keys!
Bookings in this unit are for 1 or 2 guests only. No pets and no smoking or vaping on the building grounds or on the lanai.

"The Fine Print"
In addition to the above rates, there is a one time reservation fee of $35 and Hawaii state tax of 17.962%. There is a $245 cleaning fee ($255 for reservations with check out dates in 2025) for one bedroom, one and a half bath units. Subject to availability, there is no charge to change dates within 48 hours of making a reservation, but a minimum $35 fee for changes made after 48 hours.
For one bedroom one and a half bath units, the base rate includes up to 2 guests.
For units that accommodate more than 2 guests (4 guests maximum), additional fees apply for additional guests at the rate of $15 per night for youths (17 and under) and $25 per night for adults (18 and over).
