This third floor oceanfront condo at the Kihei Surfside Resort is located on quieter side the building and has a lovely ocean view from the kitchen, living room, dining area and lanai. It is one of the larger, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath units (680 sq ft). With the exception of the bedroom, the unit is tiled throughout. It has been tastefully remodeled to a very high nice standard. The unit has maple cabinetry and gorgeous black granite countertops which are consistent throughout the unit.
The beautiful kitchen is well equipped with stylish black and stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator with ice maker, flat top stove with microwave hood fan above, full size dishwasher and garbage disposer.
The living room has a queen size sofa-bed and a comfy swivel rocker rattan basket chair. There is a large flat screen LCD color TV, DVD player, stereo and multi speed ceiling fan.
The dining area has a round rattan glass table with 4 matching chairs.
The large lanai has a bistro table with two padded bistro chairs - a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic oceanfront dinner!
The entry hall is very spacious, with a large built in maple/granite buffet, and a functional desk area with a ergonomic leather office chair and second desk area.
The bedroom has a King size bed, multi speed ceiling fan and Hawaiian style rattan furniture.
The master bathroom has a full size, walk in shower with bench and large grab handle, with the same gorgeous cabinetry and countertops earlier described. The half bath is equally as tastefully decorated.
This condo is fully equipped with fresh linens and towels, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. All units have beach towels and a cooler. Umbrellas and snorkel gear are not supplied, but are often left behind in the units by other guests – no guarantees. The Kihei Surfside office loans out beach chairs free of charge during regular business hours - Monday to Saturday. Office is closed Sundays and Holidays.
The unit has free, wireless high speed internet and free long distance calling to the United States and Canada. It is also equipped with a state of the art Oracode door lock, whereby each guest is issued a unique code which controls the door only during their stay. No keys!
This unit is an excellent choice for guests who are looking for a spacious, private, comfortable, condo in a quieter part of the property with a great ocean view.

"The Fine Print"
In addition to the above rates, there is a one time reservation fee of $35 and Hawaii state tax of 17.962%. There is a $245 cleaning fee ($255 for reservations with check out dates in 2025) for one bedroom, one and a half bath units. Subject to availability, there is no charge to change dates within 48 hours of making a reservation, but a minimum $35 fee for changes made after 48 hours.
For one bedroom one and a half bath units, the base rate includes up to 2 guests.
For units that accommodate more than 2 guests (4 guests maximum), additional fees apply for additional guests at the rate of $15 per night for youths (17 and under) and $25 per night for adults (18 and over).
