This fourth floor, remodeled oceanfront condo at the Kihei Surfside Resort is located on the sought after ocean side of the elevator. It has a great ocean view from the kitchen, living room, dining area and lanai. It is a one bedroom, one and one half bath unit (680 sq ft). It has been remodeled and refurnished, and is lovely in every way!
The unit has porcelain flooring in the hallway, kitchen and bathrooms. The bedroom and living room are carpeted. All the maple cabinetry is consistent throughout the unit, and all countertops and vanities are topped with beautiful granite. The kitchen is fantastic! It is fully equipped with white appliances, including a fridge/freezer, flat top stove , quiet dishwasher, multi function microwave oven, garbage disposer and a variety of small appliances including coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster and blender. There is also a large selection of higher end cookware, baking pans, BBQ tools and ample matching dishes, glasses and cutlery.
The living room has a high quality queen size sofa-bed and a large 56" flat screen LCD HD color TV, DVD player, and a multi speed ceiling fan.
The dining area has a round table with 4 matching leather chairs.
The private lanai has a bistro table with two reclining bistro chairs - a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic oceanfront dinner! Turtles and dolphins can be seen year round, whales in season.
The entry hall is tiled, with a tropical rattan dresser.
The bedroom has a newer (2020) California King size bed, multi speed ceiling fan, beautiful Koa Hawaiian style wood furniture, plantation shutters, clothes closet, digital security safe.
The bathroom has a full size, walk in shower with an adjustable spray shower head. There is a beautiful vanity with granite counter top.
This condo is fully equipped with fresh linens and towels, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. All units have beach towels and a cooler. Umbrellas and snorkel gear are NOT supplied, but are often left behind in the units by other guests – no guarantees. The Kihei Surfside office loans out beach chairs free of charge during regular business hours - Monday to Saturday. Office is closed Sundays and Holidays. Coin laundry facilities are available on site.
The unit has free, wireless high speed internet and free long distance calling to the United States and Canada. It is also equipped with a state of the art Oracode door lock, whereby each guest is issued a unique code which controls the door only during their stay. No keys!
This unit is an excellent choice for guests who are looking for nicely appointed accommodation with a spectacular location and unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean and the West Maui mountains.

"The Fine Print"
In addition to the above rates, there is a one time reservation fee of $35 and Hawaii state tax of 17.962%. There is a $245 cleaning fee ($255 for reservations with check out dates in 2025) for one bedroom, one and a half bath units. Subject to availability, there is no charge to change dates within 48 hours of making a reservation, but a minimum $35 fee for changes made after 48 hours.
For one bedroom one and a half bath units, the base rate includes up to 2 guests.
For units that accommodate more than 2 guests (4 guests maximum), additional fees apply for additional guests at the rate of $15 per night for youths (17 and under) and $25 per night for adults (18 and over).
