This sixth (top) floor oceanfront condo at the Kihei Surfside Resort is located on the sought after ocean side of the elevator, and has a spectacular ocean view from the kitchen, living room, dining area and private lanai. It is one of the larger, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath units (680 sq ft). The view of the ocean is absolutely breathtaking.
PLEASE NOTE: Bookings in this unit are for 1 or 2 guests only. The unit SLEEPS A MAXIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE ONLY. The unit DOES NOT have a sofa bed in the living room available for guest use. No pets. Minimum 5 night stay. No smoking or vaping in the building or on the lanai. The brand-new custom kitchen is fully equipped with cream-coloured maple cabinetry, quartz counter tops, brand new LG appliances, including a refrigerator with ice and water on the door, full size range, dishwasher, multi-function microwave oven, and garbage disposal. There is also a variety of small appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and hand mixer, as well as a large selection of high quality pots and pans, baking pans, knife set, and ample matching dishes, glasses and cutlery.
The flooring throughout is beautiful soft-step coastal eucalyptus luxury vinyl plank.
The living area has a remote controlled Air Conditioner, multi-speed marine-grade ceiling fan, 65” 4K ultra HD smart TV, large area rug, wireless high speed Internet, and telephone with free long-distance calling to the United States and Canada.
The oceanfront dining area has a round rattan glass table with 4 matching rattan armchairs.
The private lanai has a round bistro table with two swivel rocker chairs - a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic oceanfront dinner.
The bedroom has a Cal-King sized bed and is furnished with a brand-new solid mango wood bedroom suite. There is a remote controlled Air Conditioner, multi-speed marine grade ceiling fan, plantation shutters, closet, digital security safe and a 43" 4K ultra HD smart TV.
The master bathroom has a porcelain bathtub with shower (one of only a few units in the building with a tub), a lovely cream coloured solid maple vanity with Corian countertop. The matching half bath has been finished to the same high standard. Both bathrooms have Kohler "silent flush" toilets and new Panasonic 'whisper-quiet' exhaust fans.
This condo is fully equipped with fresh linens and towels, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. All units have beach towels and a cooler. Umbrellas and snorkel gear are NOT supplied, but are often left behind in the units by other guests – no guarantees. The Kihei Surfside office loans out beach chairs free of charge during regular business hours - Monday to Saturday. Office is closed Sundays and Holidays. Coin laundry facilities are available on site.
This unit is equipped with a state of the art Oracode door lock, whereby each guest is issued a unique code which controls the door only during their stay. No keys!

"The Fine Print"
In addition to the above rates, there is a one time reservation fee of $35 and Hawaii state tax of 17.962%. There is a $245 cleaning fee ($255 for reservations with check out dates in 2025) for one bedroom, one and a half bath units. Subject to availability, there is no charge to change dates within 48 hours of making a reservation, but a minimum $35 fee for changes made after 48 hours.
This unit accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. There is not a sofa bed in the living room available for use by guests.
