As of this writing, the State of Hawaii has conditions that need to be met in order for guests to be admissible to enter Hawaii. It is the guests responsibility to educate themselves as to what these requirements are and meet them. Guests who fail to do so are not entitled to a refund or credit. Guests cannot quarantine at the Kihei Surfside. Guest(s) who test positive on their pre travel test will not qualify for any credits or refunds.
