- A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required within 14 days of confirmation to secure your reservation. Reservations may be cancelled if deposit not received within 14 days of booking;
- Balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival;
- We only accept cash, cheque or bank draft - no credit cards.
- Check out cleaning included;
- All rates and taxes are subject to change;
- Rates are per condominium/villa, not per person;
- Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am.
Cancellation Policy
We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens:
- All deposits are non refundable and forfeited upon cancellation;
- Reservations are cancelled and deposits forfeited where payment in full is not received 60 days prior to arrival;
- For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro - rata refund will be issued, less a 25% fee.
